Surf's Up.

Most of the crowds are heading home at last and leaving us local inhabitants in peace. It has been hot today, to say the least and all of a sudden this afternoon, for no obvious reason, the sea became rough, with a large swell and thundering waves.

Good fun for the young at heart, but some of us who know better, stay clear of these waves, because there are so many rocks near the surface below.
