An Englishman in Bruges?

Met those two gentlemen when i was on the hunt for a blip. They presented themselves and started some conversation in english. Where You're from ? I'm a local sir. Oh we too . Thought they were English but the're here to decorate the streets i suppose. PS i edited the pic in retrolook which i use verry seldom but fits here perfectly.
