Work from home day before another assessment tomorrow.

Tried to purchase a retro Welsh football shirt before Wednesday without much luck.  Grrrrr!

A hard training session before tea, my legs and arms were screaming.  I don’t think I’m at my best late on, I prefer early mornings.  Lol!  The intensity has been upped and with just weeks to go to the big challenge now, I hope this pays off.

Whilst looking at the birds feeding this morning, I noticed this little blackbird hopping around.  On closer inspection I noticed that it only had one leg.  I will look out for this beautiful little bird and I hope it thrives.
