Free?
It's been a busy and interesting day. Free seemed to be an appropriate theme for the day so thank you monomondaythemesuggestingblipper.
This is where I had to be very early this morning in order to try to sort out a bail address for a certain young man who's considering very deeply what it actually means to be free and contemplating what it might mean to not be free.
Is free just that? Is it to do with physical liberty? Or is it more a state of mind? I found it interesting that I could have the court house and the church in the same shot. Are they complementary or do they oppose one another?
I am certainly finding many aspects of our justice system extremely frustrating and nonsensical. Yes, they need to be judgemental but surely not quite so black and white. I've ranted about this before, and I won't do it again, but I want to give you lovely Blippers many thanks for your good wishes and thoughts for what we have had to do today. We had a good outcome today with our suggested bail address being accepted. Now we have to work to make it a successful experience for all concerned before the next challenge of the next date in court... One day at a time.
On a different issue - feel free to read the info about the Hidcote and Kiftsgate Court Blipmeet on 20 July on the Blipmeet page . Might not all be free! Hope you can come!
And don't forget the Stratford Blipmeet to watch the horses whizz past as organised by Loosecanon on Sunday 10th July - time to be confirmed. And that's all free too...
