Feeling grateful

This isn't today's photo. This is pre an assault on my nephew. He's looking different at the moment. I'm not usually a 'what if' person but I just feel that things could've been very different. We're all so grateful to a girl who stayed with him, right up until his parents arrived at the hospital. He's a strong boy, he's a kind boy and he'll get over this.
