It's probably lucky that I'm a week behind with blipping. By the time I reached the dentist for my 8.30 appointment, the country appeared to be crashing down around my ears.

By 9.30am when I left for sailing, I'd decided that the only thing to do was half fill my glass, embrace change and really concentrate on the sailing lesson in case I need to buy a big boat and sail off into the sunset with my family when it all goes tits up...
