High grain pancakes

I made these high protein Pancakes for Nevada & me.  With his cancer he has become very picky on what he eats.  He stopped eating dry dog food months ago & doesn't like canned dog food now.  He can like one food today & not touch it tomorrow.  He will always eat my pancakes.  His guts & body is so messed up that he often will not eat until around lunch time.  When he is sleeping, his muscles are constantly twitching.  He still takes a walk, barks at the pit bull next door, takes pain pills.  His favorite foods are canned meats, ice cream, Yogurt, breads and veggies.
