New Balls Please

'New Balls Please' applies to both today and yesterday as it happens. Today because I had a tennis lesson (they were free at the gym so I thought why not).

And yesterday, when my eldest asked me what was the capital of China. I was just about to answer when he shouts out 'BANGKOK!' and promptly punches me right in the batteries.

Apparently it's a joke that the kids do at school, but I was singularly unimpressed, and once I've fully recovered I shall be visiting his school to complain and enquire exactly what it is that they are teaching there... seeing as everyone knows that the capital of China is actually Peking.
