Olympiamania

My neice Emily has got chicken pox and the family dog Stella is ill and on antibiotics. I'm hoping I don't come down with something as I'm at bath horse races on Friday and then Vfestival in just over 2 weeks time.

After work today I popped to the big tesco to start getting a few things for Vfestival (pic). I got: 2 crates of beer, 2 boxes of wine, 3 disposable bbq's and a cool box. I need to get a couple of "bags on wheels" now to help me transport all the stuff from my car to where we pitch our tent.

I watched the men's gymnastics tonight and was so happy when they won a silver medal. To then add to the emotions the Japanese team lodged an appeal which they won and we got demoted to a bronze. Nethertheless a bronze is an amazing achievement. Now I'm going to watch the Olympics all night.
