Blowing in the Wind
I went to Norton Lindsey this afternoon to give a trainng session on Windows 10. She had upgraded from Windows 7 without problems but was then faced with a different interface and the task of finding her way around. Anyway she was fairly happy with it by the time we'd finished. One outstanding ommission from Windows 10, and Windows 8, is Microsoft Security Essentials. This effectively leaves the laptop vulnerable after update unless another antivirus program is installed or Windows Defender is used. The issue with Defender is that scans cannot be scheduled so manual intervention is required.
I stopped on the way home to take some photos, I quite like this one of grasses wafting in the breeze.
