Life is not .......

..... A walk in the park at the moment. But it can include a walk in the park.

I need to get more exercise, but work and life makes that difficult. I need to find some space in my working day, so this lunchtime I decided to go for a walk (I wouldn't go so far as to call it a power walk, but not a stroll).

It involved a route via Victoria Park. I bumped into a colleague who I haven't seen for months. She was pushing a pram, and looked really happy. Loving motherhood, and it clearly loves her. She introduced me to her little 15 week boy. Another first for me - I had never met a Dexter before today !
