Step down. 

eBay can be the best and worst thing. 
I ordered this set of step up/step down rings 5 weeks ago for a very low price. 
That's the good part of eBay. 
The bad part is it took 5 weeks to get here. 
Still, shipping was free so I suppose I can't complain.

Now all I have to do is remember I have them . 

Ah well. Until tomorrow....
