Lichen
We've been housebound today. Mainly because it's been so cold. 3 degrees and feels like -1.4! At least that's what the weatherzone app was telling us at about 2.00pm this afternoon.
I had to resort to the trusty macro lens and a 20mm extension tube to get my blip for today. A little bit of extra practise with the extension tube. I just wish I hadn't let it get so late before I went out into the bush, I could barely find my way back home!! ....Well that's a little far fetched as the old tree stump is only 10 metres from the door :-)
Tiny Tuesday
Thanks to all of you who have left very kind comments regarding my stepping back from Tiny Tuesday. You know, sometimes life throws you a curve ball that you least expect and the only way to deal with it is head on without any other outside pressures. I am just so delighted that so many of you care so much about the Tiny Tuesday macro challenge. It's something I can look back on and feel very proud to have started just over 12 months ago.
My last stint at hosting for a while will be Tuesday the 19th of July. This is the week when you will all become mini hosts and select your two favourite images that have been posted for TT60. It will go something like this.
1 Please send me the name of the two blips you select from the group.
2 I will need to receive your selections by Thursday 21 July at the latest.
3 I will compile the list and publish a summary with my blip on Friday 22
4 I will also award a heart to the top five images as selected by you.
5 Please feel free to award hearts for the images you select.
I'm sure you will make a blipper very happy.
I'm really looking forward to seeing rainie's selection this week. I'm just so pleased that you have all stepped up to the plate. There are some spectacular image.
