Post walk reward

Ventured up the Campsies this morning in training for holiday in the Lakes.

MP loved the conditioning bogs near the top, and the final rinse cycle down in the glen.

Met up with a friend for lunch and chatted the afternoon away.

The sun at least shone for more than was expected today but it was still freezing for July!!
