It is now less than a month until the kids move back to college and we officially become empty nesters.

Last night it dawned on us that in less than a month, all those jobs that have been delegated for the past 7 years will become ours again.

Here's one that I don't fancy at all - mowing an acre of grass when it's in the 90's!
