Eggs

This made me smile. Came home from my first day back at work, after three weeks of holidays, to find these beautiful eggs in the kitchen. Our neighbour is having his roof fixed and for some reason the roofer just decided to give us a dozen eggs from his wife's hens. A really nice surprise - now what shall I do with them?
