Everyday...

Is a new adventure when living in Zihuatanejo. I must admit, however, things continue to get easier and easier here. Today for example, the phone company, Telmex, came to install fiber optic cable in our complex. Of course, it did not go as smoothly as planned. Much time was spent figuring out where the various underground lines ran, and then one of our residents had parked his vehicle on one of the access panels (and he isn't due back for months). Nobody got too excited, a few phone calls were made to the United States to find out where the vehicle keys were (fortunately here, not there). All should be functional tomorrow when the workers return. It always used to take three trips to accomplish any task, now it seems to be down to two (fingers crossed).
