Farewell Church Stretton.

Well, that's it, we have shut the door for the last time at Helen's bungalow. It is now nearly eight months since she died and the many tasks that need doing are nearly complete. Within the next few days her bungalow will become someone else's home, this morning we went to the auction where some of her things were sold. We really miss her and we will now really miss visiting Church Stretton. Over the past few months, many of her friends have become our friends and we have been looked after so well. It was hard saying good bye today. One of our new friends cut Rachel a beautiful bunch of roses from his garden, we have invitations to visit from lots of people. We will go back for visits as there is lots more to see in the area, it will never be quite the same but one thing we did learn from Helen is that life is an adventure and there is always more to see, more places to explore and more people to meet.
