Jolly Roger

A thoroughly enjoyable walk over the common with the dogs first thing in glorious sunshine, then a morning of domestic chores, then work this afternoon. This evening I went out for dinner with Sarah as she was over this way on business - it was great to catch-up. Meanwhile, Roger is still making regular visits to the peanuts (having now abandoned his attempts to infiltrate the actually-squirrel-proof bird feeder with the seed in).

In other news, I am probably the last person in the world to do so but I have invested in a sports wristband. So I will now be able to track my daily steps taken, distance travelled, calories burned, stairs climbed and active minutes. That's if I can work out how to use it...
