Hawky-Coo takes a bath

Crept up the long park entrance drive in my car listening for birds, and at the end of the lane a Cooper's Hawk was about to take a bath in a puddle created by last night's rain. Hey it's a warm day 86F/30C, and a dip in the pool is nice!

Took photos (eventually 83 of them!), gradually moving the mobile studio/car for a better angle. The hawk barely noticed the car 4-5 meters away, but would have bolted had I walked out on two feet.
