Green and blue

A sunny day but warm and humid. This was taken about five miles from where we live. It looks like field corn in the field. Spring was very wet and a lot of planting was late. This corn should be much higher than this. 

Eastern Kansas is quite different from the west in the extent of wooded areas as can be seen from the trees on the hill in the distance.
