One horse race

Cheat blip via my mam but worth celebrating- li'l sis had her last sports day today and won the relay by a mile, it seems! She's never expressed much interest in sport but has recently developed a bit of a passion for running!
Another one horse race tonight resulted sadly in the defeat of Wales by Portugal. We caught the second half after the school’s awards evening. A tutee of mine was due to make a speech as Head boy so I couldn't possibly sacrifice it for the football. He did us proud.
The game's result deflated me a bit but I did bump into my old art teacher who was pleased to hear I'd followed in his footsteps, finally.
