Farne Island Seals

This morning we drove to Seahouses, a small fishing town where you can take a boat trip over to the Farne Islands.

Despite a choppy crossing, the sight that was to greet us was stunning.

Hundreds of thousands of different birds adorned the cliffs and thousands of seals and their pups surrounded the foot of the islands.
