In reflection

This was meant to be a sad day,it was my friends funeral he died suddenly on holiday 3 weeks ago,there was no minister, it was his best mate who took the service and he told story after story about all the funny things they and we have been through over the years, and we laughed and laughed then wiped a tear from the eye when his son spoke, then more laughter,and thats what he would have wanted because he was one of the funniest guys that ive ever known,two of his favourite songs were played and everyone left the funeral a lot more up beat than i think they would have imagined. This was one of the Big Man's favourite songs played today, RIP Dave.

When i got home Gavins ramp had been installed in the back garden and i intended to make that my blip today, but then i looked up and spotted my reflection and thought it was rather cool, and summed up my day a day of reflection and a day of surprises.
