Chalybeate Spring
Tunbridge Wells has a number of chalybeate springs. That's what drew the crowds to the town in the 1600s . The spring in the touristy Pantiles ran dry for the first time in 400 years a while ago but with all this rain I think it's running again now. But there is lots of iron rich water in Grosvenor and Hilbert Rec where I was pulling out Himalyan balsam today, if they need to send the tourists over here for a sip.
