Cornish Castle

College - it passed without incident. Mike and I left early to pop to Macsalvors, as he reversed into a parking space there was a bang and the clutch stopped working!

While we waited for the tow truck, I walked to Lidl to get food to throw at the kids when I eventually got in, knowing that the risotto planned would take at least an hour.

As I walked back past East Pool Mine, admiring the beam engine turning, Mike rang to say his truck was on the tow truck and where was I?! I'd only been gone 15 minutes! A very efficient tow truck driver had us at the garage in Mylor just 10 minutes after the estimated time to pick us up from Macsalvors!

So a relatively exciting interval in an otherwise thoroughly mundane day!
