Sun Branches Out

Had a great day wondering around Salisbury then out to an old haunt of ours, Old Wardour Castle near Tisbury.  Extra is of the castle, which looks rather broken down, but it was built in the 14th Century and during a successful attempt to take the castle back for his family, one of the original Duke's sons mistakenly blew the back of the building with gunpowder - hence the ruins.  I had to put this picture up as my blip though as I thought the colors were rather unusual and all because the sun was playing tricks on my camera through the branches.

We finished the day with a wonderful modern Indian meal in Salisbury and a walk across the meadows to Harnham Mill.  Looking forward to seeing LV tomorrow back in Sutton.
