Grandpa & Granddaughter....

....Yesterday afternoon I was on the computer when I heard the front door open--I thought it was Tom coming in--so I just continued what I was doing. Then I saw someone walking into the room out of the corner of my eye, turned my head, & was speechless!! There stood Jennie and the baby--they flew up to surprise us & are staying for a week! I shrieked so loud that the baby started crying!! (But she stopped pretty quickly!) Then we went to find Tom, who was equally & happily surprised!! We were expecting them next week, (& they're still coming next week to go Up North to the cottage with us), but this extra week totally shocked us!
 I took this picture of Tom and the baby today, purposely against the light so the baby's features aren't evident, as Jennie would rather not have pictures of the baby put online. (she DID ok this one, though). So I'm going to turn off my comments for the next week so that I'm able to spend all the time with my girls, though I'll still be posting a pic daily!
