Busy bee

Actually it wasn't. It was still quite early and this bee seemed to be still warming up and hence it obligingly stayed still for the camera.

It was one of those infrequent days when I found it hard to choose which photo to blip.

I spent ages trying to get some decent shots of hummingbird moths on these plants. Unfortunately they seem to dart from flower to flower about two seconds faster than it takes me to locate them with the camera, focus and shoot.
