An Amazing Weekend
The music was playing until the sun was up which I caught snippets of as I drifted in and out of sleep.
On deciding to get up I trekked across the fields in my now familiar hat and wellies, (and pjs obviously), to have a Swedish shower, aka cold, warm, cold, colder, freezing, you get the drift.
Bacon sandwich and hot cup of tea for breakfast whilst listening to Stuart Maconie talking about his books. I could have listened to him all morning.
It was another day of sunshine and rain showers and it was getting a lot muddier on the fields.
But again, the rain was bringing people into the shop and once there and routing around they couldn't resist a bargain! The teenage girls really know how to put a cool outfit together and I was even called a personal shopper when one lady loved a coat I suggested would look good on her and bought it and her sister then came in telling us about it.
We got lots of money and lots of people went away happy with their purchases. Everything went smoothly and the team were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more :)
The festival ended with The Charlatans playing pictured here.
I was feeling tired by the Sunday afternoon/evening and a head cold was developing so I was glad and a little sad if I wasn't so tired, to be heading home. It was an amazing weekend thanks to everyone in the team :)

I'm looking forward to catching up with your weekends.
