Guts & Entrails

The Vikings have come to the Caithness Viking Festival at the museum in Thurso - they'll be there until the 9th.  As part of the festival, there were art workshops, where both children and adults drew designs for an embroidered tapestry, a la Bayeaux.  The subject is part of Njal's Saga, part of which takes place in Caithness.
