Tough training session.  Everything was burning.  It’s all good though, as it will set me up for the challenges ahead.

Another potch day in work.

Watching the Wales football team get their hero’s welcome in Cardiff now.  Well deserved!  They’ve put Wales on the map and made us proud.

Off out tonight to catch up with friends before heading off to the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford.  Never been before, really looking forward to it.
