What are these young people looking at?

St Andrews is very busy with University summer school, bus tours and general holiday makers. 
While L and I were having coffee in the Northpoint cafe I spotted this group of Chinese (?) young people clustered at the corner on the other side of the road phones and cameras very much in action as they photographed the notice in the shop window .... it has been there for a few years now!
