Vignettes Hut

Day 2, Vignettes Hut - Pointes d'Oren - Prarayer.

Looking back at the hut as we left at 6am, the sun lighting up yesterday's cairn and the beautiful Dent Blanche in the background. 9 hours mainly glacier travel of down, up, down, and really down, into Italy and a beautiful hut with the best bed and meal of the 5 day trip. Too much food, too late, and a bit worried about the next day's uphill, I did not sleep much again! Extra is the view down the valley from the window of the Prarayer Hut over the reservoir.
