Farewell

In spite being very anxious about, I got myself dolled up and went to a colleague's retirement party
Corin kindly drove me over so that I could maintain my medication routine. Didn't stay late as I didn't want to leave Corin waiting around for me all night (and also, was going to snooze land because of meds!)
Good to see friends, great to receive some stupendous hugs and some words of reassurance and support. I miss them a lot.
Also, more importantly, being able to see my retiring colleague was good. I am envious of her retiring but I am a long way off that yet!!!
All of the drinks mats had maths jokes on them - some were great, some were worthy of a groan!
