Interviewing

candidates for the Community Mobilisation team I'm putting together. Today we interview almost 40 people from 8-5. Was fun designing group activities that would allow practical demonstration of key skills and also demonstrate team dynamics/personality. Ended up finding about 6 solid candidates... 8 more to go.
