It was a picking kind of day...blueberries and dandelions.

Ms B and Mr C did extremely well at swim today. Mr C jumped in and went all the way under water...big, big, big for him! And Ms B swam across the pool only stopping a couple times.

5th acupuncture treatment for me today...still no huge difference, but we are trying different things as well. I'm hopeful for some change in the next few weeks!
