We pulled up at Cottesloe to watch the long board surf championships, but i got side tracked (as you do) we watched this Australian Kestrel hovering on the wind for ages, this is the closest i have ever got to this bird of prey, fascinating to watch, then he zoomed into the coastal shrub, he successfully swooped off with his prize ..
