Camp Courage is over....well almost

Closing parade finished Camp Courage for 2016, it's 40th year. C was awarded for Citizenship with her leader remarking how she had gone out if her way to help other Scouts and leaders. They were then given their camp badges by a leader who has been attending for almost all of the past 40 years and who remembers S from the very first camp.
The title of the photo says it's not quite over.....it's now 12:30am and we're still on our way home. .nearly there but having to keep our own courage. At closing parade parents were informed that a vomiting bug had hit camp.....we've stopped and cleaned up about 6 times. S deserves a medal. We just want to go to bed.....
