Helenium

Some facts;

Helenium belongs to the sunflower family, native to the Americas.

Helenium Autumnale, also known as sneezewort was/is used in the manufacture of snuff.

The genus Helenium is named for Helen of Troy.

Helen of Troy was said to be beautiful; “the face that launched a thousand ships”.  It is from this, of course, that we get the international SI unit of beauty, the mH or milliHelen - the amount of beauty required to launch one ship.
