Conference day...

Up early, breakfast at the Merkur, then to the Universität Salzburg to check in for the conference day. Coffee and pastries, and into keynote lecture, then wandered into Salzburg centre for lunch - this was the view from the cycle path. Once again, I wished that I'd come here to study. Back to take part in our 2 workshops - good conversations. Out onto the terrace for the meal and drinks with an amazing sunset behind the Festung (fortress) and good company. A great way to end the main part of the trip.
