St John's Wort + tiny beetles

Extracts of St John's Wort has long been used to treat depression. I can only assume that all these tiny black beetles are in need of help.

It was annoying that today's weather forecast was 'dry', after which it rained for hours on the washing I'd put out. I finally brought in the last items - nine hours after hanging them out! There were a few of these shiny beetles on the washing too.

I have a cold starting which I'm trying to knock on the head before flying to Aus on Monday. I've been dosing myself on lemon, ginger, honey etc. Any further suggestions for 'magic cures' gratefully received.
