Parkrun Volunteers

This morning, L and I were Marshalling at Livingston Parkrun whilst MrsT was running.

I decided to run down allowing MrsT and L to arrive by car.

It was a good turnout again and we all had lots of fun (even though my back was sore again this morning).

I ran home via a quick stop in at the gym to use the foam roller on my back for 15 mins.

I then had to pop through to pick up my car from the garage.

We had a BBQ with the inlaws then a visit from Auntie M and Uncle I who were up from down south for a family birthday (100 years).
