Even though I guzzled was forced to drink 1/2 a bottle of Cava last night, I heroically cycled to work and back today. Until I got home at 2, after 25 miles of cycling up and down (but mostly up) hills and 5ish miles of walking with a heavy load, my only fuel was coffee and a banana. I was quite pleased, therefore, to be taken out to lunch at the local farm shop:
