LooseCanon sings with a small choir called Musyck Anon who usually perform sixteenth century madrigals , in appropriate costume, but this year because of a certain local lad called Shakespeare who died 400 years ago , they sang songs related to William and his works. Some talented actors gave readings to add to the atmosphere. It was held in the church at lovely Mickleton in the Cotswolds .
My picture shows one of the sopranos , Mel, standing in the stone arched side entrance, just keeping in touch with the twenty first century.
