Ever wonder how you make dessicated coconut? You sit on the paddle and grate! A great day out at Shark's Cove snorkelling (and yes, it was only afterwards that Andy discovered why it was called that ...but apparently you only get white-tipped "non-agressive" ones in the bay!!!). The coconut was left by Kathy and delicious!
