What a week I have had - the toughest week in a long time.
6 testers to host in Helsingborg Sweden, late nights at work and at the pub, very poor sleep - I was shattered when I got home last night.
So today, I have had a real duvet day - woke up late morning and then spent most of the day on the sofa watching sport and then went to bed early as well - I fell asleep during Casualty!

But the sport has been great - Lewis Hamilton on pole, Chris Froome into yellow, Heather Watson into the mixed doubles final and a couple of medals in the European athletics championships.
And another stellar line-up for Sunday too - I think the remote control might get a hammering in the afternoon - what to watch - GP, tennis or TDF?? And no doubt hubby will want to watch the football, but I'm not bothered about that anymore.

This is the neighbours cat giving me the evils through the patio door. It was one of only two shots that I took today.

On Sunday I will endeavour to upload all my back-blips and review some journals whilst cheering on the Brits. Sorry for the lack of commenting last week, but I think this is what it will be like whilst I am travelling and so busy with work, but I will try and at least take some shots to upload later if I don't manage it on the day.
