Stand Off

I had been wondering who had been messing about in my garden pots and baskets. Well today I caught this little blackbird red handed! Dragging biscuits around the lawn. I think there must be a nest in the undergrowth. I saw it's mate sitting on the nearby wall but then he flew off.
