Another stomp around the Heath with a friend who's going through some troubles. Nice to get her away from "normal" life and lend a sympathetic ear.

Then back to the sofa for the Wimbledon Final with poorly P (I bought Pimms and strawberries & cream to enhance our viewing pleasure)...
