Up early and packed up the camping gear; dropped the car at hers and chummed her into work.

First of 3 days in the office in quick succession...booo! (Esp with TDF on in the afternoon - er I mean as I have so much work to do)

An uneventful day; out at lunch with Macca for a stroll around the block; scored 4 cans of free Desperado which was being doled out in the station; then at 5 on the button - out and off to hers.

And off we headed; into the sunset. Arrived at Pooley Bridge after 8; dinner cooked by 9; an hour of watching the clouds briskly sweep across Ullswater as we sipped wine and smiled.
